　　合肥安康码国际版2020年3月23日正式上线

　　针对当前疫情在国外快速蔓延的形势，为进一步巩固全省疫情防控平稳向好的局面，防范境外疫情输入风险，方便外籍来（返）皖人员工作、生活，“安康码”国际版于3月24日正式上线。

　　申请流程

　　Application Procedures

　　在手机“App Store”搜索栏输入“wanshitong”，下载“皖事通”APP，注册，选择所在地（合肥或黄山）。

　　Input “wanshitong” at the search bar of “App Store”, download the app “皖事通”(Wanshitong），login in and select your place of residence(Hefei or Huangshan).

　　如果您还未申领“安康码”

　　If you haven't got Anhui Health Code

　　找到“安康码（合肥）”，点击“Apply for Anhui Health Code”。

　　Find "Anhui Health Code（Hefei）"，click"Apply for Anhui Health Code".

　　按照提示如实填写（1-3），填写完毕，点击“提交”，即可获取您的“安康码”（4）。

　　Fill in information truthfully according to the tips（1-3），click the"submit" after filling in all the information，and you will get your Anhui Health Code（4）.

　　如果您已申领其他省“健康码”

　　If you've got Health Code of other regions

　　点击“Use Health Code of Other Regions”跳转相应页面，工作人员扫码后，予以通行（仅适用于绿码）。

　　Click“Use Health Code of Other Regions” to the corresponding interface，afther the staff scan the code，you can pass（only for Green Code）.

　　*Special note:

　　Green Code： It gives you greenlight at major checkpoints in Anhui.

　　Yellow Code：Should be in quarantine for 7 days.

　　Red Code：Should be in quarantine for 14 days.

　　2020年3月17日，全国口岸启用第五版健康申明卡，增加了“健康申明须知”内容，明确告知入境人员须如实申报健康状况和旅行经历等，如有隐瞒或虚假申报，将依照《国境卫生检疫法》及其实施细则、《刑法》等追究法律责任。
